Solid build, probably from a Hughes kit in the 80’s. Unknown maker seems to have liked butterflies? Has had a 6 1/2 fret installed, Mahogany laminate Construction. A good choice for a beginner / learning full size instrument. Ships FREE with a custom noter included.
Really nice conversation starter for your next “Jam” session. Hand made and signed by the maker, A fine example of Home crafted Artistry. Strung with a single melody and drone, frets marked, could be a nice beginner/starter for learning the basics. Has its’ own Noter holder incorporated into the body too!
Made Famous by their kit Dulcimers sold Nation wide in the 80’s to Schools and just about any body who wanted to try their hand at the Dulcimer. The Hughes “Factory” made models followed the same patterns and much of the same materials as the kits. They did however have a nicer finish, better construction,…
